Once you have been setup up by your administrator, you will be sent a welcome email.
Confirming this will take you to the dubber portal, you will then need to create a password in order to access Dubber.
Please note the password must:
- be at least 8 characters long
- include a lower case character
- include an upper case character
- include a digit
- include a special character
- not be a common password
- not be related to your name or email
Once you have done this, you will be met with the below screen.
I know, it looks pretty empty! However, that will change once you start making recordings using Dubber.
As a standard user, you will be either a contributor or a listener. Below is an explanation what each is.
What is a contributor?
A contributor is a user who makes the recordings, they will only be able to listen to the calls they have created.
What is a listener?
A listener is a user who can create recordings just like a contributor however they are also able to listen to other recordings that have been made in their team.
Once the recordings have been made they should be captured like this:
Using the search button you will be able to listen to the recordings, whether they are made by you (contributor) or by your team (listener).
