Overview
You can do all the things a group standard user. You also have additional functions such as:
- Create, manage and group.
- Assign dub.points.

What can I see?
Below is an example of what your screen would look like if you were a group admin clicking on a group.
Here is a breakdown of the relevant tabs you will need to know about.
General
This shows the setup of the group.
People
This shows the users who are in the group. They will either be a group administrator or a standard user administrator.
Unidentified Dub.point.
These show dub.points that have been created but not assigned to a user.
Assign an unidentified dub.point
To assign an unidentified dub.point to a user you will need to do the following.
On the homepage, you will need to click on the icon.
When you do this, you will be shown all the groups you have created.
Once you have the group, you will need to click on the icon and you will be taken to the setup of the group.
Click on the "unidentified dub.points" tab and any dub.points that have not been assigned to a user will appear on this tab.
If you hover over the icon, you will be asked to "move dub.point".
Click on the icon and you will be met with the screen below.
From here you will need to type in the user's name. This will bring up every user within your group.
You will then need to choose the product. This is usually agreed once you signed up with Dubber.
Once you are happy with this click on ok. This will assign the dub.point to the user and any recordings will now show in the user's account.
Create a group
On the homepage, you will need to click on the group button. You will then need to click add group.
When you do this, you will be taken to the below screen.
You will be required to complete the following sections in order to successfully create a group for all your account to be part of. When you create a group, a default account will also be created with the same name.
The details you will need to complete in order to create this group are the following:
Name: This is the name of your group, you are able to edit this anytime.
Label: This is the name you want to "label" the group. You can choose a colour to distinguish each group created. Either green, yellow, blue or red.
Parent: This will be your service provider. If you came through Dubber, then it would be Dubber.
Group Time Zone: The timezone you would like the group to be set up in.
Address: This is the address of your group, more than likely to be your company address.
Phone: Contact phone number for the company or group administrator.
Enable API access: Clicking this will allow the group to have API, an API ID will be provided as well as a token.
Support View/Recordings
You have the option to change between the recording page and the admin page.
If you find yourself on the admin page where the account and group are, click on the icon and select My Account.
This will take you to the recording page.
If you find yourself on the recording page, click on the icon and select Support view
This will take you to the admin page.
