Overview
You can do all the things an Account Administrator does. You also have additional functions such as:
- Create, manage and update accounts.
- Manage unassigned recordings
- Bulk Management

Home Page
This is the view of your home page as a Group Standard User.
Create an account
On the homepage click on "add account" you will be met with the below screen. Here is a breakdown of the fields that need to be completed in order to create an account correctly.
Name: The name you would like to give the account
Group: This is where the account will sit in the group. This is a default and cannot be changed.
Web Address: The web address of your account
Account Time Zone: The time zone you would like your account to be set in
Address: Your account could be outside of the business so you can add the details here.
Phone: The contact number.
Enable API access: Clicking on this will provide a token for API access and an API authentication ID.
Name: As you created the account, you should leave your name.
Language: The language you want the account to be in.
Once your account has been created it will appear on the homepage. From here you can add teams and users to this account.
Viewing Groups
You have the option to view groups, however, you cannot update these groups that have been created.
To see this, you will need to click on the "groups" tab on the homepage.
When you click on the icon you will be taken to the group.
Because of your settings, all you can do is view the group and the tabs within the group.
Bulk Management
You can use this to create and add multiple users to your account all at once rather than manually doing this one at a time.
To do this you will need to be on the homepage.
Click on Bulk Manage
Select Bulk provision users and click on start
You'll get a warning like the below.
Please remember the format needs to be csv and more importantly all the information you are uploading is correct. (i.e makes sure the account spelling on the dubber platform matches with the spelling on the csv file)
Below is an example of what the csv file would look like when filled in.
It is best to complete the columns like the above. If you do not have a csv file you can find a sample of the csv file when you click on "Example file format"
Once you are happy with this you will need to click on "choose file" and you will need to upload your csv file.
Click on upload. The users should then be added to your account.
