This will let you know the internet browser you are currently using, this information is useful for us if you ever have a problem with your recordings.
In order to see this information, you will need to click on the settings and then click version. You'll have something similar pop-up like the image below.
On the version page it will display three key pieces of information
Version
This displays the version of the Dubber Platform that you are using. Dubber makes frequent updates to the portal.
User Agent
This is displays information about the type of computer and internet browser
Loaded
This shows the time the data was updated or loaded. A load occurs when you select the version information page. The time is shown in the Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) standard. This follows GMT.
If you are experiencing a problem with playing recordings from the Dubber Portal and you need to raise a ticket to Dubber Global Support please include the data from the version page. This will assist us to identify a cause and a solution as soon as possible.
