The release of the brand new Dubber Portal is scheduled for September 19-27th 2018. This release will include enhancements for SSO capabilities, and bulk deletion of recordings via the portal, as well as bug fixes and general improvements. There will be a short period of downtime while the Portal is being updated, however recordings will be unaffected. Please check the schedule below for outage times in your location.

New Features
Bulk delete of recordings
For both standard and Playback recordings, users will be able to select multiple calls to delete them, rather than deleting individual calls.
SSO
Single Sign-On (SSO) is now available for integration with the Dubber portal.
Bug fixes
The full retention date will now be visible on a call recording, previously the year was missing. Dubber have also fixed API requests GET DUB POINT and GET ACCOUNT DUB POINTS end points to include date_created and date_updated.
Scheduled downtime
In order to update the Dubber portal, there will be a short period of downtime during which you will not be able to access the portal, however recordings will be unaffected. The downtimes for each of our global regions are shown below. Each outage period is expected to last no more than two hours.
