The release of the latest Dubber Recorder v1.11 is scheduled for October 22 - November 1 2018. This release includes improvements to performance, as well as introducing Pause and Resume for multi-stream recorders.
There will be a short period (approximately two hours per recorder) of downtime while the Recorder is being updated, during which time the Dubber Recorder will be unavailable. Relevant contacts will be notified of exact outages times for their recorder.
Customers with redundant recorders will not experience downtime as recorders will be updated in series to ensure service continuity.

Monitoring and logging improvements
The latest version of the Dubber Recorder has improvements to monitoring capabilities to extend the use of SIP Options as well as improved logging information.
Pause and resume
Dubber have implemented DTMF based pause and resume for multi-stream recorders. This will be available for Oracle, AudioCodes and Frafos recorders. The pause and resume feature is triggered by DTMF codes, which are passed in the SIP info. This will allow calls to be paused and resumed based on DTMF strings.
