Edit: the release of Portal 1.27 has been delayed by one week. Release times below have been updated to reflect the new schedule.
The latest release of the Dubber portal adds new API rest hooks, enhancements for the portal interface, improvements to Zoe including transcription and sentiment ratings, plus bug fixes and general improvements.
Release date: December 6-13, 2018
Last updated: November 20, 2018
New Features
New Dubber Portal and Zoe features
New Zoe ratings feature in the Transcription and Sentiment screen to allow users to rate the accuracy of the sentiment and transcription results which will help Dubber improve the quality of these features. There is also a new filter for Meetings in the Recordings page and in the advanced filter.
Dubber Portal enhancements and UI updates
Improvements to the transcription page mean the sentiment layout is shown upon the completion of sentiment processing, with no need to refresh. The generic New to Dubber? Sign up here link on the Dubber Portal login page has been removed to prevent confusion.
New API endpoints, resthooks, and enhancements
New API resthooks allow subscribed users to get notifications on triggered events: API resthooks for Sentiment and Transcriptions are now available (with restricted access) to send notifications to subscribed API users when jobs are completed, or if errors have occurred. API resthook for when a dub.point has been created, updated or deleted is now available to send subscribed API users notifications of these events.
API users can now filter recordings more accurately (consistent with the Dubber Portal functionality) using the following API endpoints (user access restricted): GET ACCOUNT RECORDINGS API and new GET RECORDING SENTIMENT API endpoint to allow API users to retrieve sentiment results (if available) for a recording.
Bug fixes
Tool tip issue
The tool tip for dub point details now appears on hover after using the search functionality.
Deletion of users issue
Admin users can now delete users on 2nd page if 1st page has all group users.
Scheduled downtime
In order to update the Dubber portal, there will be a short period of downtime during which you will not be able to access the portal, however recordings will be unaffected. The downtimes for each of our global regions are shown below. Each outage period is expected to last no more than two hours.
As with all Dubber portal releases we will be updating the Sandbox with the release prior to production. The scheduled release date for the Sandbox upgrade is November 22nd 2018.
