The latest release of the Dubber portal adds enhancements for new API rest hooks and the portal interface, as well as improvements to Zoe including the ability to assign Zoe to individual dub.points, plus bug fixes and general improvements.

New Features
API endpoint improvements
The PUT MOVE dub.point API endpoint now allows users to turn Zoe on or off via the API when moving unidentified dub.points for accounts with Zoe turned on.
The PUT dub.point API endpoint now allows users to turn Zoe on or off via the API for existing dub.points for accounts with Zoe turned on.
The POST dub.point API endpoint now allows users to turn Zoe on or off via the API when creating new dub.points for accounts with Zoe turned on.
The GET recordings API endpoint now allows users to retrieve recordings based on positive or negative Sentiment.
Portal improvements
Users can now search for multiple terms in the free text search function using AND and OR queries.
The field option for notifications and sharing of recordings now allows up to ten email addresses.
Users authenticated via SAML (SSO) will no longer see or be able to set their username or password and they will be shown that they are logged in with their identity provider.
Zoe features
Email notifications for calls with negative Sentiment can be enabled for each recording or a summary of negative recordings, as part of the advanced Zoe module.
If Zoe is enabled for an account, a new tone analyser user interface panel within the Transcriptions/Sentiment section of the recording details page gives users a visual representation of emotions at a glance for the selected recording.
Zoe is now configurable at a dub.point level.
Dubber Portal users can now search for recordings based on negative or positive Sentiment.
Scheduled downtime
In order to update the Dubber portal, there will be a short period of downtime during which you will not be able to access the portal, however recordings will be unaffected. The downtimes for each of our global regions are shown below. Each outage period is expected to last no more than two hours.
