The latest release of the Dubber portal adds enhancements for the portal interface, as well as additional Zoe features, bug fixes and general improvements.
Release date: June 10-13, 2019
Last updated: May 10, 2019
New Features
Zoe features
Administrators can now control the Zoe feature selection options for transcription, sentiment and tone.
The Zoe sentiment engine has been expanded to include IBM Watson.
Following feedback, the ‘magnitude’ measurement within sentiment results has been removed.
Portal features
Users can now bulk download their recordings. From the portal, recordings can be selected for download and an email is sent to the user with a link to download a zip file. This feature can be requested by service providers, if required.
Bug Fixes
Stability when playing recordings has been enhanced, removing encoding issues for longer calls.
Long recording playback has been enabled, allowing users to listen to recordings over 30 minutes without being logged out.
Scheduled downtime
In order to update the Dubber portal, there will be a short period of downtime during which you will not be able to access the portal, however recordings will be unaffected. The downtimes for each of our global regions are shown below. Each outage period is expected to last no more than two hours.
