Please note you will need to be an account administrator to do this.
Now that you have Zoe enabled you can create notifications for any time a recording has a negative sentiment.
To do this you will need to go to my account and click on the Zoe tab, click on notifications where you will see the below screen.
Click on the add notifications button and you will see this.
Here you can choose who can receive the notifications as well as the frequency of these notifications. You will select the negative sentiment alert first.
You can then decide how often you would like the notification will alert you. You have the option to have the alert let you know immediately or in a summary. The immediate option will be individual while the summary option will contain all of the alerts at once which will be sent to you at the end of the day.
You will then need to include the email address that would receive the notification of the negative sentiment recordings.
Once you are happy, you will need to confirm this by clicking on save changes.
There will then be a summary of the notification that you have set up. You can change this, to include extra emails or change the frequency of the alerts.
All you would need to do is click on the setting icon. This will provide you with the settings of the alert you have created and here you can change the frequency or change or add an email address.
If you do make any changes, you will just need to click on save changes.
