Dubber v1.35 features new data exporting and retention functionality.
Release date: 5-9 July 2020
Last updated: 15 June 2020
New features
Data exporter
Enabled via a new API endpoint, administrators of DUB AI accounts will be able to extract call data as a csv file from a period of up to 31 days. Data exported in the file includes call participants, whether a call is inbound or outbound, type of recording, service provider, group, and sentiment and tone analysis. This new functionality will allow call information to be displayed within data visualisation tools.
Retention periods
Available via the Dubber portal and API, administrators will be able to define a maximum retention period for call data. Account administrators can choose from preset options or customise their own period, but any product-level period will take priority.
Enhanced authentication
We are introducing an enhanced authentication service that enables us to grow our service securely and provide flexible feature delivery.
End users will notice the following changes:
- New user interface when creating users.
- New user interface when logging in.
- New user generation and password reset emails.
- Administrators will no longer set temporary passwords for new users. This will be replaced by a self-service process for new users.
- Password reset emails will expire after 12 hours.
- Users will be suspended for 30 minutes following 5 incorrect password attempts
Service providers will notice the following changes:
- New XSI login page for custom domain users who use XSI for authentication. Users of the same domain who do not utilise XSI will follow a link to authenticate with their username and password.
Enhancements and fixes
4182 - Customers who have subscribed to the rest hook event type "dubpoint.delete" will no longer incorrectly see an active dub.point status.
