Scheduled downtime
There will be a short period (approximately two hours per recorder) of downtime for the update, during which time the Dubber recorder will be unavailable. Relevant contacts will be notified of exact outages times for their recorder.
Customers with redundant recorders will not experience downtime as recorders will be updated in series to ensure service continuity.
