New Features
Service Provider Initiated (SP-initiated) SSO
Service Provider (SP) initiated SSO is being made available in addition to Dubber's IdP SSO providing enterprises even greater connectivity options.
How it helps
Today, the two most popular authentication options for Dubber are Identify Provider (IdP) initiated SSO (popular for customers who are using identify providers such as Azure AD, Okta, Auth0, etc.) as well as the traditional username and password combination. The release of SP-initiated SSO takes a further step in both security and usability with a unique Dubber-supplied login page being the point of entry for user access.
As with IDP SSO, full control is provided to the account administrator, providing options to match users on selection of identifiers as well as defining which users can gain access to their account via which authentication method.
How it is enabled
SP-initiated SSO requires configuration from Dubber and is made on a per-account basis. Contact Dubber to discuss the options available to your nominated account and which technical dependencies exist to create a secure authentication path.
