Dubber is launching a service status page which will enable our Service Providers, Partners and End Customers to quickly and easily check the status of Dubber services and to receive notification when an incident is detected and published on the page. The page will be updated with from Monday 8th May 2023.
We are doing a phased rollout of the status page across the different regions and platforms.
The initial beta rollout will be for the UK for Dubber on Microsoft Teams capture and the UK1 region for the Dubber portal. At the conclusion of the pilot Dubber will expand to cover all regions Dubber services.
How do I access the page?
Head to status.dubber.net
What type of status updates are posted?
During the beta rollout, we will post incidents that are impacting Dubber on Microsoft Teams capture in the UK and the Dubber Portal UK1 region.
How do I subscribe to updates on the status page?
Select subscribe to updates on the page and you will receive notifications when Dubber updates the page with an incident.
What if my service isn’t working and there isn’t an incident published?
A support ticket will need to be raised so we can investigate

If you are not using a custom URL the Dubber portal address will have the region displayed as pictured below.
