Overview
This user guide shows you how to Integrate Okta with Dubber IdP Initiated SAML SSO. It demonstrates how to how to setup Azure AD and then send required information to Dubber’s Support team at support@dubber.net.
Login to Okta
Login to Okta, and go to the “Applications” menu.
Create Application
Click the “Create App Integration” button.
Configure Integration Type
Select “SAML 2.0” as the integration type.
General Settings
Give the application a name and logo.
Configure SAML
SAML configuration requires information about the “Single sign on URL” and “Audience URI (SP Entity ID)”.
These values are based on the region of the connection. Use the values exactly as shown here.

Leave the “Default Relay State” blank, and set “NameId format” to Email or Unspecified.
If you set the email, Dubber verifies your login attempt for a user against the email address stored in Dubber. If the user does not have an email address stored, then they are unable to login.
If you select “unspecified”, Dubber verifies the login attempt for a user against the Dubber UserId. Every user has a Dubber UserId. You can view it in the Dubber portal by going to the user and viewing the url in your browser.
Set the “Application username” to “Email” if you selected “EmailAddress” for “Name ID format”, or Custom if you selected Unspecified.
Leave all the other values as they are, then click Next.
Feedback
Set the values as shown below on the "Feedback" screen, and click "Finish".
Dubber Setup
Go to the Sign On tab of your application, and click “View Setup Instructions”.
Raise a Support Request
Raise a support request at https://support.dubber.net, or email support@dubber.net to supply the Identity Provider Single Sign-on URL, Identity Provider Issuer and the X.509 Certificate. Provide this information in text, not as a screen capture.
