With Dubber on Microsoft Teams, you can configure what types of calls are recorded.
What are the Call Type Options
Record All Calls
Records calls of any classification.
Record External Parties
Record calls that include people outside of your organisation.
Record PSTN Calls
Record all PSTN calls eg calls to landline mobile phone numbers
Record Meetings
Record calls that have more than two participants. These are classified as meetings.
How to Manage Selective Recording
1. Go to the Dubber Microsoft Teams Web Provisioning App
Log into the Dubber Microsoft Teams web provisioning app with your API details, tennent ID and domain name.
2. Click on Tenant Settings
Select Tenant Settings if you wish to manage recording settings for the entire tenant. If you wish to do this at a user level select Change User Recording Settings.
3. Select the call type you wish to change
4. Toggle the switch as desired
Changes are saved automatically on this screen. Toggle the call types as required to suit your needs.
