Release Overview
Dubber is excited to release more uplifts for Insights Experience. This release introduces the Moments Feedback and an enriched Transcript experience - Chapters.
Enhancement and Fixes
- Moments Feedback: users will be able to provide feedback on the AI output under the moments section of the recording page
The collected feedback will be used to refine our AI processing and help us to provide better outcomes in the future.
- Chapters*: our AI model will divide the transcripts into logical chapters based on the content. It will also summarize the key points for each chapter to allow easy navigation
*Please note that the chapters will only be available for all new recordings processed after the release.
When will they be available?
Insights users will be able to use the new features from Sep 13th, 2023 AEST.

We do not expect any disturbance to the product use for this release.
