Dubber has been rolling out an updated portal experience to more users. Until recently, our updated experience has been limited to accounts with our Insights or Trends products and limited to users with Team Manager permission or Account Administrators. Now all users will be able to access the new experience.

On the menu displayed on the left of the page, click the Classic Portal button to take you the classic portal.

A banner will display prompting users to try our updated experience. Once selected this will remember the users choice and they will default to starting on the new portal experience when signing in.
Note - Clearing cookies or using private or incognito browsing may result in the user starting in the Classic Portal.
Current Limitations
Today, not all functionality can be done in the new experience. The classic portal experience will need to be used to:
- Bulk download
- Bulk delete
- Bulk tag
- Share a recording
- Watch video (New experience will play audio of the recording only if video capture is enabled)
- User and dubpoint management
- Teams management
- Viewing transcriptions and AI enrichment for some recordings captured on legacy plans or some older recordings
We will be progressively adding full functionality to the updated portal experience meaning in time you will not need to switch to the classic portal to complete tasks such as user management. As key features are moved into the new experience, Dubber will communicate this.
