To help protect your account and the information stored in Dubber, passwords must meet minimum security requirements and are valid for 90 days.
Note: 90 day password validity is being rolled out progressively starting August 27th 2026 with the rollout completing by 21st September 2026.
Password requirements
When creating or changing your Dubber password, your new password must:
- Be at least 12 characters long
- Include a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters
- Contain at least one number
- Contain at least one special character, such as
!,@or# - Not be similar to your username
If your password does not meet these requirements, you will be prompted to choose a different password.
Password expiry
Your Dubber password is valid for 90 days.
When your password expires, you will be required to create a new password before you can continue accessing the Dubber Portal.
Your new password must meet the password requirements listed above.
Changing your password
You can change your password at any time from your profile in the Dubber Portal.
- Sign in to the Dubber Portal.
- Open your Profile.
- Select the option to change your password.
- Enter your current password and your new password.
- Save your changes.
If you have forgotten your current password, select Forgot password? from the Dubber sign-in page and follow the instructions sent to your registered email address.
Using Single Sign-On (SSO)
If your organisation uses Single Sign-On (SSO) to access Dubber, your password is managed by your organisation's identity provider.
The Dubber password requirements and 90-day password expiry do not apply to passwords managed through your organisation's SSO provider. Contact your organisation's IT or system administrator if you need help with your SSO password.
Keeping your account secure
To help keep your Dubber account secure:
- Never share your password with another person.
- Avoid reusing your Dubber password for other services.
- Never provide your password in a support request or email.
- Change your password immediately if you believe it may have been compromised.
- We strongly recommend enabling MFA
