Dubber and Cisco have partnered to provide Dubber on WebEx Calling as a standard feature for all eligible customers. This provides our private and individual call recording service at zero additional cost to customers.
You can cancel the complimentary Dubber service at any time by contacting the Dubber Service & Support Team. You can contact Dubber Service & Support at firstname.lastname@example.org or submit a request here. When contacting our Service & Support Team please be sure to include your email address that you use to access Cisco WebEx.
Please note, due to automation between Dubber and Cisco enabling call recording in Cisco Control Hub will recreate a Dubber service for you if it has been previously deleted.
