Q: What are the video add-ons and what’s included?
There are two new Video add-ons solution packages:
- Video Add-on Pack. The Video Add-on pack comes with 100GB storage and is purchased in addition to a Core/Compliance
- Video Storage Add-on. This storage add-ons comes in packs of 1TB. Businesses and Individuals will need to purchase the Video storage add-on pack, once they have exceeded their standard 100GB user level storage.
Q: Will we now charge for video across all Video enabled platforms?
Yes, any platform that Dubber captures video recordings from will now be charged for a video add-on pack.
Q: Are the video add-ons available across all Core and Compliance solution packages?
Yes, all Core and Compliance solution packages will be able to order and provision the video add-ons for capturing video recordings
Q: Are the video add ons available on legacy plans?
The Video add-ons are available on our new Core and Compliance solution packages. The Video add-ons are not currently available across the wholesale channel or on legacy plans.
Q: Can a customer record video across multiple platforms and how will they be charged?
We'll charge an additional Video add-on pack for each recorded video platform. However the Video storage add-on is account level. Unlike UCR we don't anticipate many users to be actively recording video across multiple platforms
Q: How do customers check how much of their storage allowance they’ve used?

Q: What happens when a customer exceeds their data allowance?
Once a user is over their allotted 100GB, they/the account will be required to purchase the Video Storage Add-on Pack, each GB over the 100GB is counted against the account and into the Voice Intelligence Cloud
Q: Are videos transcribed if you have a plan that includes AI?
Yes, all recorded video for AI enabled plans/packages will have transcription as well as the wide ranging AI-enriched capabilities such as sentiment, tone, alerts and more.
Q: Do you need to have a video add on to record Webex Meetings audio only?
Yes. Webex Meetings provides a video file, users are unable to just record audio. Even if a user turns off video, Webex Meetings still produces a video recording file with just a blank screen. From a Dubber standpoint, we store the mp4 file regardless of whether a user has turned ON video or not.
