1. Go to Webex Calling Provisioning
Using the Dubber Webex provisioning app to quickly and easily manage your Dubber service.
2. Click on Authorize Dubber
3. Enter your Webex admin email address
4. Click on Sign in
5. Click on Recording Type
6. Select your Recording Type
This is how calls are recorded and are managed by Cisco Webex. For more information on the recording types please visit https://help.webex.com/en-us/article/nhvl4hw/Enable-call-recording-for-Webex-Calling-users
7. Click on Dubber Product
Select the product you wish to apply to that user.
Please note that Dubber Go is available to all Webex Calling subscribers at zero cost. If you are unsure of what product to select please contact Dubber.
8. Click on Dubber Go
9. Click on Save Configuration
10. Click on OK
