A: Dubber Go call recording is available for Webex Calling and UCM Cloud users with the need to capture, store and replay all their crucial conversations in a compliant manner.

A: Cisco Webex Calling and UCM Cloud users are now eligible to catch every conversation and meeting powered by Dubber Go. Enabling Webex Calling and UCM Cloud users simply switch on Dubber cloud call recording today at zero cost with unlimited recordings and 30-day storage.

Q: Is Dubber Go available for Webex Teams and video recording?

A: Dubber Go enables Cisco Webex Calling and UCM Cloud to capture voice conversations from calls. Q: What is the maximum recording length?

A: Dubber Go recordings are unlimited in length

Q: Are recordings On Demand or Always on?

A: Dubber effectively enables call recording to be configured to business and or user needs. This includes enabling On-Demand recording, Always-on recording, and pause/resume capabilities available on Dubber Go or Dubber's paid solution plan.

Q: Can Recordings be paused?

A: Dubber’s platform will work  with all recording options, these include On Demand, Always-on and Always-on with Pause / Resume.

Q: How do I keep my recordings for longer than 30 days?

A: Dubber Go users’ recordings are retained only for 30 days. Users must upgrade to a paid plan for longer retention and additional recording management controls

Q: How do I download all of my organization's recordings?

A: Dubber Go offers users the ability to download and delete single recordings. Dubber Go does not provide capabilities to bulk download or delete recordings. Users must upgrade to a paid plan for bulk file controls.

Q: How do I access recordings of individual users?

A: With Dubber Go, only the recorded user has access to listen or manage their respective recordings via Dubber portal. Admins cannot access a user recording 

Q: Does Dubber support Legal Hold?

A: Yes, Legal Hold is available, however customers must upgrade to our Dubber Premier or Dubber Premier | Compliance Edition solution plans for our Legal Hold feature

Q: Does Dubber Go provide support for call compliance notifications?

A: Dubber Go supports basic call recording. In order to access notification and alert capabilities, users must upgrade to Dubber AI-enabled solution plans, these include:

• Dubber Premier

• Dubber Premier | Compliance Edition

• Dubber Voice Intelligence Cloud | Compliance Edition

Q: Can recordings be activated by policy?

A: Yes, customer account admins can enable call recording at an account level or per user basis via Cisco's Control Hub portal. Once provisioned in Dubber, recordings get automatically captured and stored in Dubber's Voice Intelligence Cloud

Q: How long are call recordings retained by Dubber?

A: Individual recordings of a user on Dubber Go are stored for 30-days from the time of its creation. After 30 days, the recordings are automatically deleted from Dubber.

Q: How much storage capacity is included for Dubber Go recordings?

A: You will have unlimited storage for your saved recordings which are permanently deleted at the end of the 30-day period for each recorded call. These  recordings are  kept in your account once you have finished a call. To retain your recordings for more than this Dubber Go 30 day period, you can easily upgrade and  secure unlimited storage durations on all captured unified voice data.

A: Recordings are accessible to the recorded user in Dubber portal and App.

A: Dubber is Global, we have recording hubs in Europe (Frankfurt, UK, Ireland), US (East and West regions), Canada, Australia, Singapore and Japan. Dubber’s platform is deployed around the world in sovereign regions, ensuring that all data will always be held within their specified location.

Q: How long until my recordings are available for viewing or distribution?

A: Your captured voice recording is available after the conclusion of your call and will be made only available to you. If you want to bulk download, share or extend your storage beyond 30-days for your captured recordings and voice data, seamlessly upgrade with a click to Dubber's paid solutions plans, enabling you to share, distribute and analyze your recorded unified voice data. 

Q: Is there a limitation on the number of recordings?

A: There is no limit to the number of recordings a user can generate.

Q: Do you inform us of maintenance and upgrades to the platform?

A: Dubber provides a minimum of 20 business days notice for maintenance and upgrade plans. These notifications are sent via email and include full release notes of the up and coming release, and also information on any downtime on the system, if required due to the upgrade type.

Q: How can I get an update to my support ticket?

A: Support ticket updates will be via email notification, however if you have created a login to the support portal, at ‘support.dubber.net’ you can check up on your ticket at any time. We also offer support options ranging from standard support with access to the support desk in business hours, all the way to 24/ 7 support desk access.

Q: Do you provide access to white papers and use cases?

A: We provide an array of use cases, white papers and training documentation via our collateral hub once you are a live Dubber customer, all of which is available to be white labeled.

Q: Can I integrate my voice data and automated workflows with my CRM?

A: Dubber Go users can not access the Dubber API to integrate and or port data. However, if you upgrade to Dubber’s paid solution plans, access to your voice data and insights can be securely synced to your CRM and other business tools via the Dubber API.

Q: What is Dubber AI?

A: Dubber enables each recording to be programmatically and beautifully transcribed using the most appropriate model for your spoken language and industry.
